Right of Withdrawal

Last updated: October 2026

This page describes the statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers for distance service contracts concluded with CRELIVO OÜ, registry code 17608823, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia (founder@crelivo.net, +1 581 992 1909). It is distinct from contractual cancellation and termination, which are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Terms & Conditions.

1. Who qualifies as a consumer

You are a consumer when you act for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession. The right of withdrawal described here applies to eligible consumers under EU/EEA consumer law; it does not generally apply to purely business-to-business contracts.

2. The 14-day withdrawal period

For a distance service contract, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. For service contracts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.

If CRELIVO fails to provide the legally required information about the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period is extended by up to 12 months after the end of the initial period. If the missing information is provided during that extension, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after the Consumer receives it.

3. How to exercise the right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform CRELIVO of your decision by an unequivocal statement — an email to founder@crelivo.net is sufficient. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

4. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, CRELIVO reimburses the payments received from you for the contract concerned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day CRELIVO is informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur fees for the reimbursement itself.

5. Services already begun at your request

If you expressly requested on a durable medium that a paid service begin during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you pay CRELIVO only an amount proportionate to what was actually performed up to the moment you informed us of the withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract. The calculation is based on the agreed total price or, if that price is excessive, the market value of what was performed. No such amount is due where CRELIVO failed to provide the required withdrawal information or failed to obtain the required express request.

6. Fully performed services

You lose the right of withdrawal where the service has been fully performed, but — where the contract places you under an obligation to pay — only if performance began with your prior express consent and with your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by CRELIVO.

7. Statutory exceptions

Applicable law provides further exceptions to the right of withdrawal for specific contract types. Bespoke services are not excluded merely because they are personalised. For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, loss of the right before the end of the 14-day period requires the Consumer's prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the right, and CRELIVO's confirmation on a durable medium. Where an exception applies, CRELIVO identifies it and informs the Consumer before the Consumer is bound.

8. Confirmation

When you send a withdrawal notice, CRELIVO confirms receipt to you by email on a durable medium, with the date of receipt.

9. Model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract:
