Data concerned: when you contact us, request a quote or subscribe to our newsletter, we may process your first name, last name, email address, phone number, company, website, message, quote-estimator answers and consent records. We also process technical data strictly necessary for the security and operation of this website.

Purposes and legal bases: responding to your request and preparing a proposal are based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; managing our business relationship and website security are based on our legitimate interests; newsletters and non-essential cookies are based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Recipients: only authorised Crelivo OÜ personnel and providers needed for hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics or support may access data, strictly within the scope of their role. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we seek to use an appropriate GDPR transfer mechanism.

Retention periods: commercial enquiries are kept for the time needed to handle them, then for no more than 3 years after the last contact; newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, then in accordance with applicable obligations and retention periods; security data is kept for a limited and proportionate period. Data may be deleted or anonymised earlier when no longer needed.
